We believe strong collaboration among veterinarians strengthens the profession and provides the most ideal care for your patients. When you refer to Wildside, you stay in the loop from first appointment to discharge.
A notice that your patient has scheduled an appointment with us will be sent directly to your email.
Once your patient is discharged you will receive a complete case summary — diagnosis, treatment, medications, and follow-up recommendations.

Complete all fields including your clinic information, patient details, and the reason for referral.
Email all records and images (lesion photos, radiographs, ultrasound, CT scan, bloodwork) to contact@wildsidevet.com — use the patient's first and last name as the email subject.
Direct your client to book directly at wildsidevet.com/book-appointment — you'll receive a confirmation email when they do.
Complete all fields. Then email records to contact@wildsidevet.com with the patient's name as the subject.
