To ensure we provide the highest standard of tailored preventative care, the Wildside Wellness Club is an exclusive program available only to established patients.
Patient History: Your pet must have been an active, registered patient with Wildside for a minimum of three (3) months.
Prior Examination: Your pet must have completed at least one (1) comprehensive veterinary consultation/appointment with our medical team prior to enrolling in any Wellness Plan.
If your pet does not meet these criteria yet, please book an initial consultation. We will gladly welcome you to the Wellness Club once the requirements are met.
2. What is Included (And What is Not)
The Wildside Wellness Club is designed to provide comprehensive, proactive healthcare for your exotic pet.
Not an Insurance Policy: Preventive care plans are not pet insurance. They are discounted bundles of preventative services designed to keep your pet healthy.
Exclusions: Emergency visits, after-hour examinations, illness diagnostics, and treatments for unexpected injuries are not included in the monthly plan.
3. Mobile Practice & Travel Fees
Because we are a mobile practice bringing the clinic directly to the comfort of your home, Travel Fees are not included in the monthly plan price.
However, active Wellness Plan members receive a 20% discount on the Travel Fee for all scheduled plan visits.
4. Term & Cancellation Policy
By enrolling, you are committing to a 12-month agreement for the health of your pet.
Automatic Billing: The monthly fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file every month.
Early Cancellation: If you must cancel before the 12-month term ends, you will be required to pay either the remaining balance of the contract OR the full retail value of the services and discounts already used (whichever is less).
Non-Transferable: Plans are tailored to the specific enrolled pet and cannot be transferred to another animal.
